This A6 Notebook is a small handbag sized notebook, designed as an aid to recovery to be used everyday it does not say Overeaters Anonymous anywhere to preserve anonymity. The inside front cover says ‘One Day at a Time’ with a rising sun logo and the inside back cover has the ‘Serenity Prayer’ with the OA logo, the inner pages are blank lined and at the top of each page it reads ‘Just For Today with a rising sun logo.
